HEINO ILSEMANN CM-3W Welder + HEINO ILSEMANN SB 10A Packager.
Capacity: up to 37/70 cycles / minute, infinitely variable. The CM-3W foil welding machine is used to apply the outer cover foil / film on DVD cases. The machine is driven by a gear motor. The mechanical processes are executed by cam discs and lifting levers. The machine is equipped with a clamp removal device for the foil. The foil is gripped by two clamps and the pre-set length is drawn off. When the turning head reached is in the lowest position, the discharge pushers move the box onto the conveyor belt. From there, the boxes are transported a downstream machine or via a vertical box stacker on to the crosswise outfeed.
