Designed for the handling and proceeding of products. This robot may move products from light to heavy weight (5g.- 500 kg.) and from small to big dimensions. The modular construction enables the realisation of several fields of application. The basic parts of the robot are: Z-axis, e.g. for the take-out from an injection moulding machine. 1 to 3 or more X- or Y axes, e.g. for driving, take over and laying down of a product. Additional rotating axes, telescopic axes or subordinated axes. The main components of a robot system are: Linear o rotating axes with servo drives or pneumatic control, tools (gripper arm), control cabinet, PLC control. Axis movements are driven by servo motors.
