Description

3-dimensional rod / wire bending machine CNC OMAS CEB-606 (year 2014) with electronic speed variation. Automatic machine for folding metal wires and strips by numerical control in automatic cycle. Three-dimensional multi-axis CNC wire bending machine with electronic axes

-Straightening module composed of a vertical plate with 7 rollers and a horizontal plate with 7 rollers.
-Numerical control traction roller module for the advancement of the rod composed of 4 rollers with traction, opening and closing and pressure control by means of 2 oleodynamic cylinders.
-Rotation head for the execution of the third dimension with movement of up to 720º and controlled by numerical control.
-Bending head by means of numerical control for the execution of the curves.
-Work in double fixed radius, double variable radius and double multi-radius.
-Bending head with vertical movement, to change the tools for different radii of curves. Controlled by electronic motor.
