ILSEMANN TM 600 (2008) gantry robot with suction plate for 48 DVD boxes. The 3 operating axes Z, X, Y build the main equipment of the robot system and are driven by servo motors. Axis: (Z-gantry) is the horizontal main operating axis of the whole system. X-Axis: The telescopic X-Axis drives horizontal over the depth of the system. Y-Axis: Is the vertical telescopic axis of the robot system for the up and down movement of the suction plate (gripper). B-Axis: is a turning axis between the Y-axis and de suction plate. Servo. Z-axis: stroke 2990mm. X-axis: stroke 1240 mm, Y-axis: stroke 2260 mm. B-Axis: Rotating axis. U= 230/400 V. I= 16 A. F = 50 Hz
